My friend Kluster is an amazing creative hobbyist, takes the "count as" to new level. He uses the same technic the last 20 year's and he does it great.

This army is used as a chaos space marine army, so he has to explain to his adversaries who is who but after that there is only fun.

En un continente siempre en guerra en el que las naciones luchan para conquistar tierras los soldados profesionales están altamente solicitados, con reinos como llael que fue practicamente destruido, generales cygnarianos que no aceptan al nuevo rey, sin contar con renegados y soldados que sabiendo que es la guerra prefieren luchar y hacerse matar por una paga mejor.

Hará cosa de dos años me compré un lote de warmachine, uno de mercenarios, un lote de los serios, en el venían figuras a porrón por cuatro perras eso si pintadas como el ojete, así que empecé a decapar y a montar de nuevo una fuerza de entre 15 y 35 puntos, me gusta la parte de los steelhead, son figuras chulas y me parecen muy sencillotas de pintar, asi que usando lo poco que me quedaba de charaddon.

 Para los metales también tuve la despedida de un grande, adios tin bitz siempre estarás en mi corazón... snif snif, luego a pinceles queso (que es como un pincel seco pero menos seco) con iron breaker, intente darles el efecto de retro iluminado con azules a las armas y visores de los warjack, pero todo muy casero y rapidito que  la idea era pintar y jugar esa semana pero lo cierto es que todavía no me he estrenado.

Here we go.For the very first entry for the challenge, two units of hussars, their leader and the vulcan. My first force for WZR is a Bauhaus army. I´m trying to have them finished real quick, thats why I  choosed this color scheme; clothes are painted with a neutral grey and the armour with german field grey (both from Vallejo's range) For the backpack and boots I´ve used citadel colors (can't remember which ones... my bad memory attacks again..).

 

After the first layers where on place, I washed the clothes with black oil paint and used a brown wash for the armour. All weapons are primed black  with a boltgun metal drybrush.

For Miss Drachen I´ve used some blue at her jacket to make her stand out, as a bauhaus aristocrat should. As you can see I still haveto finish the face and arms, but now you can have a clear idea of how she is gonna look. also, her blonde hair made her easy to spot, and mark her as a VIP, as I plan to do all the Etoiles Mortant dark haired.

WARZONE RESURRECTION PAINTING CHALLENGE

Well, it´s been more than a year since my group of usual junkees of warzone and I started to hype with the Resurrection of Warzone (a.k.a WZR). I loved the Mutant Chronicles since I was a kid who bought a little capitol army, (only God knoes where those relics are).

We went a totally nuts with our pledge and for this last months we´ve made lots of jokes about receiving or not our models and how amazing would be paint them... And then, the day before Christmas my friend called me up saying that we have the models. After some drooling over the WZR minis, yesterday I discovered that Big Jim from Wargaming Shenanigans made a painting challenge and posted it on warzone facebook group. And it was an autoinclude forme.So in this next month time (till Feb. 15th), 

We will be posting the models of my Bauhaus army.And If we are lucky (and I press hard my friend as to make him take up a brush), maybe some Mishima forces.
